About Us
I'm Stephen Lavelle, and I’ve been in the plumbing and heating industry for over 20 years. I started my career working for the family business as a plumber, gaining experience in pipework and heating installations. After passing a 2-year course and achieving my Level 2 NVQ, I started taking on bathroom projects on the side. As demand grew, I eventually left the family business to focus on bathroom fitting full-time.
Over the years, I’ve continued to build my skills, sitting my water regulations exams and completing heat pump training with Ideal Boilers. Determined to expand my expertise further, I took on the challenge of becoming a fully qualified gas engineer. After 10 months of evening and weekend courses, I passed all my gas exams and am now qualified to work on gas boilers, cookers, hobs, and gas fires.
